At Get Your Wings, we are committed to delivering high-quality training designed to prepare candidates for military aviation selection processes. Thousands of candidates have utilised our materials to increase their chances of success in the ADF Selection Process.
While the selection of candidates is ultimately up to the Australian Defence Force, as ex-ADF Recruiters and Qualified Military Instructors, we can ensure you have the best chance of being selected.
Due to the nature of our services and the immediate access to proprietary training materials, our refund policy is outlined below.
1. Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind once a program, course, or coaching service has been purchased.
2. Digital Products & Online Training
All digital products, including online courses, downloadable materials such as Apps, and recorded content, are non-refundable once access has been granted.
3. Coaching Sessions (1:1 or Group)
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance of a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no cost.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled.
- Failure to attend a scheduled session (“no-show”) will result in forfeiture of that session.
4. Programs & Packages
For bundled programs or coaching packages:
- Refunds are not provided for partially used programs.
- If exceptional circumstances arise, requests may be reviewed at our discretion.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that unforeseen situations can occur. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. medical emergencies) must:
- Be submitted in writing, and
- Include supporting documentation
All such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and outcomes are not guaranteed.
6. Service Delivery Issues
If you experience a technical issue or are unable to access purchased content due to a fault on our end, please contact us immediately. We will:
- Resolve the issue promptly, or
- Provide a suitable alternative or remedy where appropriate
7. Results Disclaimer
Our training is designed to maximise your chances of success; however, we do not guarantee selection into any military aviation program. Refunds will not be issued based on outcomes of selection processes.
8. Not Satisfied
If you have purchased any product from us and you believe that the product does not meet your needs or falls short of your expectations, please contact us below with details of why the product did not meet your satisfaction, for a discretionary refund to be considered.
